Trying to sell me some garbage I don't need

introduced herself as agent woring at bancard credit card. The caller knows my name and calling my uncommon mobile number

It was a collections company claiming to take me to court for non-payment,... of what I don't know and my number is unlisted, how did they get it ?

she said that she is calling from government office

I was contacted saying I owed $610 dollars due to an Online Pay Day Loan. The funds where deposited over a year ago. This guy had my ssn, bank info, where I lived and worked. Said if I didn't pay within the Hr was was going to be arrested at my House. I told him I would like to settle this but didn't have any money. He told me I have 30mins to hire a Lawyer. This guy needs to be arrested.

This number rings and no one is there. Twice today.

Have had two calls within two hours from this number. I didn't hear any heavy breathing, but there was a deliberate hangup with no conversation. Both calls were the same.
